By entering the AT&T Dream with Rainn Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined below in these Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, PLAY, OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE OR IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE BUT ARE NOT PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY AS THE OFFICIAL RULES REQUIRE THAT ENTRANT WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THAT DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES BE RESOLVED IN ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, RATHER THAN BY CLASS ACTIONS, AND LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE. 

1) ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes commences at 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 29, 2024 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on May 10, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s time clock will be the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions made by Sponsor relating to the Sweepstakes are final. 

2)  ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes you must, as of April 29, 2024, be a legal resident of and physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age at time of entry (except residents of Alabama and Nebraska who must be 19 years of age or older or residents of Mississippi who must be 21 years of age or older). Employees, agents, directors of AT&T (“AT&T” or “Sponsor”), The Story House (“Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, partners, dealers, manufacturers, distributors, sponsors, advertising agencies, promotion and administration agencies and any entity (including any prize provider) which is involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, step-parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. 

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; (c) represent and warrant that he or she meets all the eligibility criteria set forth in these Official Rules; (d) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (e) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all liability arising out of or relating in any way to entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against Sweepstakes Entities. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims, demands, damages and causes of action for personal injuries or death and/or damage to personal or real property, theft, loss or any other harm, suffered directly or indirectly from entrant’s participation in Sweepstakes or the receipt or acceptance, redemption, possession, use or misuse of the Prizes (hereinafter defined), and for any claim including claims based on defamation, publicity rights, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related or other cause of action.   

3)  NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE:

This Sweepstakes may be considered a financial incentive under state privacy laws. For example, you may be entered into the Sweepstakes when you provide certain personal information to us, including your contact information. The personal information provided will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Sponsors Privacy Policy. By registering for and participating in the survey, you are opting in to potentially receiving the financial incentive. You may opt-out of the financial incentive at any time by cancelling your participation in the Sweepstakes or not providing your personal information. The financial incentive related to submission and use of personal information is based upon our reasonably good faith estimate of the value of such information, which takes into consideration various factors such as anticipated revenue generated, anticipated expenses incurred for the collection, storage, and use of such information, and other relevant factors related to the estimated value of such personal information to our business.

4) HOW TO ENTER: There is one (1) method of entry – via online at https://thanksloyalty.com/dreamwithrainn (the “Website”), as further described below. 

a. To Enter: You must visit the Website during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the Official Online Entry Form with your first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, e-mail address, and daytime phone number, verify eligibility, accept the Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, and click “Submit” to play the Sweepstakes instant win game (the “Game”) as instructed to reveal whether you have won a prize (“Prize” or “Prizes”) as defined in Section 5 of these Official Rules. 

b.  Winner Determination: Winning a Prize is determined based on the time of day at which the Game is played. If your Game entry is the first to occur on or after a randomly designated winning time, you win one (1) designated Prize, subject to verification. The Game animation is purely for entertainment purposes. See Section 5 of these Official Rules for Prize details. Prizes are made available at random times throughout the Sweepstakes Period. 

c.  Entry Limit: There is a limit one (1) entry per person/e-mail address during the Sweepstakes Period. If it is suspected that an entrant submits more than one (1) entry, only the first entry received will be considered and all suspected subsequent entries will be invalidated. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry, the “authorized account subscriber” of the phone number used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a phone number by a phone service provider, wireless service carrier or other organization that is responsible for assigning phone numbers. In the event a winning account selected is a joint account, a total of one (1) Prize will be awarded in the name of the first-named account holder. Proof to Sponsor’s satisfaction of being the authorized account subscriber may be requested by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Sponsor’s property and will not be returned.

5) PRIZES/ODDS: Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of participants that play during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) Prize per person. Prizes available to be awarded:

Two hundred (200) Prizes consisting of one (1) Sleep with Rain pillow with built-in speaker awarded to each Prize winner. Warranty provided at the time of prize delivery applies to all pillows. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $24.99. The total ARV of all Prizes awarded is $4,998.00. 

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other merchandise. Prizes are awarded with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Any unclaimed or un-awarded Prizes will not be awarded. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of Prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes related to a Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. All other expenses not specified as part of Prize description are solely the winner’s responsibility.

6) WINNERS: The Prizes will be fulfilled as follows:

a.  Prize Winners: Prizes will be mailed approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks following the close of the Sweepstakes Period to the mailing address provided on each winner’s Online Official Entry Form, but delivery timing is subject to change in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for any damages that may be incurred during shipment of the Prizes. If a Prize is undeliverable or remains unclaimed, the applicable Prize will NOT be awarded.

b. Publicity Release: Winners further grant to Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper names online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winners’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without notice, review, approval or additional compensation unless prohibited by law. 

  7) ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or award of Prize, shall be resolved by Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property damage due, directly or indirectly to the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of Prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a Prize has been won. In the event the Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, health concern or emergency, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, regulation or recommendation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event), the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to randomly select the winner(s) of any remaining Prizes from among all valid and eligible non-winning entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event. 

8) TAXES: A winner may be required to supply Sponsor/Administrator with a fully-executed and valid IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving a Prize, if the value of the Prize is $600 or greater. The value of Prize is taxable to a winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of Prize awarded if the aggregate value of Prize awarded to and other compensation received by winner from Sponsor is $600 or greater for the calendar year. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely a winner’s responsibility. 

 9) DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the state of Georgia without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant (i) agrees that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes will be in state or federal courts located in or nearest to state of Georgia and by entering consents to such jurisdiction and venue; (ii) consents to resolve any such claims individually and without resort to class action; and (iii) agrees that all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

 10) INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes. In any such event, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will randomly select the winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation. The Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

11) REQUEST FOR NAMES OF WINNERS: All requests for the name (first name) of the winners must be made by July 10, 2024. For the names of the winners send a self- addressed stamped envelope to: “AT&T BUSINESS DREAM WITH RAINN SWEEPSTAKES – Winners’ List”, P.O. Box 511340, New Berlin, WI 53151. Residents of Vermont with a return address in Vermont may omit the return postage on their Official Rules request.
